Sales — Senior Account Managers

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and effectively communicate VirtuIT’s mission, value proposition, solutions, product strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
  • Understand and identify competitive solutions, products, and services.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline leading to the achievement of assigned quotas.
  • Create and deliver high-quality and effective sales presentations for customers, partners, and prospects.
  • Develop formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts.
  • Successfully execute VirtuIT’s regional prospecting plan and account qualification process.

Requirements:

  • Successful track record and relevant experience selling technology in the data center to senior and executive-level managers
  • Successful track record of achieving assigned quotas, leading coordination of and responding to complex proposals and working successfully with partners in a joint selling capacity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently as a valued team member.
  • Ability to develop relationships and demonstrate value at many different levels within customer organizations to include technical engineering and executives.
  • Strong problem solving skills; ability to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action.
  • Comfort with concepts relating to IT infrastructure and design.
  • Ability to effectively articulate VirtuIT System's unique value proposition at various levels within an organization.
  • Competitive knowledge including solution, technology and product offerings.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
